Appointments
A single appointment lasts ten minutes, which is usually enough to deal with one problem. If you have more than one problem to cover, please ask if you can book a double appointment or you may be asked to book a further appointment to see the GP.
Appointments with the nursing staff can be booked up to one month in advance.
Extended Hours
Every Saturday through February and March we run extended hours clinics seeing patients with minor illnesses. These can be booked in advanced only, which can be made via calling into the surgery and booking through the reception team. Please note these for our Caradoc patients will be seen at Ranworth Surgery in Clacton-on-Sea.
Missed Appointments
Patients are unfortunately still failing to attend appointments. If you are unable to attend an appointment, can you please contact the surgery to cancel to enable another patient to take the appointment. Please select the cancellation option if telephoning the surgery and a message can be left to cancel. Patients who have a mobile phone number registered with the surgery will be sent a text to remind them of their appointment.
